个人简介：浙江科技大学人工智能学院党委书记，科技部国家重点研发计划项目负责人，浙江-芬兰智能感知计算与装备联合实验室（由浙江省科技厅认定）主任，浙江省高校创新领军人才，浙江省农机学会常务理事。主持国家重点研发计划政府间国际科技创新合作重点专项、国家自然科学基金（包括面上项目、青年项目）、浙江省重点研发计划等项目。以第一作者/通讯作者在《Expert Systems with Applications》《Computers and Electronics in Agriculture》《Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence》等 SCI 期刊发表论文20余篇。担任国家自然科学基金项目、浙江省重点研发计划项目、浙江省科技进步奖、上海市科技进步奖等评审专家，以及《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics》《IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems》《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics》《Plant Phenomics》《Expert Systems with Applications》《Computers and Electronics in Agriculture》等Top期刊审稿专家。以第一发明人获美国、中国发明专利授权 20 余项，以第一完成人获浙江省高校优秀科研成果三等奖。2017 年于芬兰工作期间，作为学术界代表受到习近平总书记亲切接见并参与集体合影。
